Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent and are only eligible for services under our “Children & Adolescents Counseling” category

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g risk of harm to self or others child abuse, or court orders)

Booking & Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 12 hours’ notice Failure to cancel in time may result in forfeiting the session fee Emergencies are considered on a case-by case basis

Session Guidelines

Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and in a distraction-free environment Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards our team will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services

Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance through our approved payment methods. Pricing details are listed on our Pricing & Plans page, Invoices and receipts are available upon request

Service Limitations

Refined Listener provides non emergency mental health support We are not a crisis intervention service, If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical attention please contact emergency services in your area

Online Platform

You have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion of your data at any time. You may also withdraw your consent or opt out of communication by contacting our support team

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms
